I want to start off by first saying that I do not want to sound overly critical of these chairs because I do love them, I just want to give everyone an honest review since I purchased these blind as I could not find a review anywhere on them (so hopefully people will find this review helpful in their decision making process). I have been looking at these chairs for many, many months now. Overstock had them for $169 a piece (yes a piece) and I came close to purchasing them then. I decided it was more than I wanted to pay for a parson chair with a slipcover. Later they were on Amazon.com for $269 for two chairs. I almost purchased them again, because what a deal compared to Overstock! But I am very glad I waited on both of these purchases. I think that these chairs are worth at the most $100 or so per chair, so the current price of $187.85 for two chairs on Amazon.com is a good deal, especially with the free shipping! I just rec'd 6 of these chairs for my dining room. As other reviewers have stated, the skirt doesn't hit the floor, but looks great none the less. These are soft chairs. The slipcovers fit nicely and other than some loose threads here and there (not a huge deal)...these are a total value/bargain! The chairs came wrapped in their own gauze bags, so as other reviewers stated, they have probably handled the staining problems. I am so pleased. Thanks to the other reviewers, you gave me the confidence to buy w/o seeing these in person. Happy, happy!

I had been looking for a slip-covered chair for awhile, but I did not want to spend $400 per chair. I was a little nervous ordering something without seeing it in person, but I was really happy with this purchase. The cover does not go all the way to the floor, but the legs of the chair look nice. Overall I am really happy with the purchase.

These are the cheapest things in the world. The plastic is very thin and rips at the slightest pressure. Plus, they aren't as large as regular chair covers and don't cover the whole chair. Don't waist your money.

I bought these with the hopes that our brand new chairs would be protected from our childrens messes and spills. They lasted no more than a week. They are terrible quality and tore very easily.
